FAQ

  • How much time is included in the package, and is there an additional cost for extra time?

Each package includes up to 2 hours of event time. The setup time is not included in this 2-hour window, and setup typically takes about 1 hour. If you require additional time beyond the 2 hours, there will be an extra hourly charge.

  • Is there a delivery cost for the setup, and how far do you travel for proposals?

No, delivery is included in the price of the package. We currently offer our services within the Chicago and surrounding suburbs area. If you're outside this area, please contact us for special accommodations and potential additional fees.

  • Do you assist with finding a location for the proposal?

Yes, we can help with location recommendations! However, you must first book with us, and then we’ll provide you with a list of suggested venues or work with a location of your choice to make sure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.

  • What is the payment process?

A deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the proposal and can be paid via cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Please note that we do not currently accept credit card payments.

  • Can I customize my proposal setup?

Yes, we offer some customization options to make your proposal even more personal. Please let us know what you're envisioning, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. If the cancellation is within one week of the booking, the $100 deposit will be refunded. However, if it’s after this period, the deposit is forfeited.

  • What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate (for outdoor proposals)?

We always recommend having an indoor backup location for outdoor proposals. We cannot set up in rainy conditions, as this will damage the materials. We can assist you in finding an indoor location if needed.

  • How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak proposal seasons. If you plan to use a venue, it’s best to book at least a month ahead, as many locations in the Chicago area get pre-booked quickly. However, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
